This is the financing plan we are offering:
- 10% to the reserve unit
- 30% upon signing the purchase commitment.
- 45% funded to deliver the work that is planned for December 2010. (This includes 10% of reinforcement that is sought after 180 days of booking, thus leaving 35% funded in equal installments and consecutive to delivery)
- 15% possession.

Additional costs: It must pay 6% on the selling price for occupancy expenses which include jewelry, level, regulation of ownership and Towers connections to public services.
